Corporate training tech firm Go1 has acquired German book and podcast subscription service Blinkist in a deal thought to be worth around $100m.

Brisbane-based Go1 has become an online marketplace for corporate training resources, cracking the billion-dollar unicorn valuation in 2021.

The Blinkist purchase is the largest acquisition in its history. The two companies’ training and development content aggregation services will be combined to create a new way to consume any type of learning content from one provider.

Following the equity funding round, Go1 is now valued at roughly $3.5bn.
